A1: Your order will be delivered within 3-7 days or 5-15 days from the date of purchase depending on what is stated on the applicable product page.

Q2: Is there a way to track my order?

A2: Yes, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Q3: Do you offer expedited shipping options?

A3: Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options. All orders are delivered within the given range. It is not possible to get the 3-7 day shipping for products that aren't listed as such due to our logistics setup. 

Q4: What countries do you ship to?

A4: If you can see the product in the store and check out with your adress we ship to your country. This is the short answer as there might be differences for certain products and time frames.
